Vision Statement:
Memphis Urban Ministry partners with churches, ministries, organizations, and agencies to reach and restore our community through planting churches, outreach, leadership and community development.

Ministry Profile
Memphis Urban Ministry (MUM) is a ministry of the churches of Christ, overseen by the Highland Street church of Christ in association with over 20 other churches and ministry partners. Since 1992, God has used MUM to plant five urban churches around metro-Memphis that have become thriving centers of community and faith activity. 

In addition to urban church planting, MUM is actively engaged in efforts to bring about God's shalom to our city.  We do this through outreach, community development, and leadership development.
